Mural Projects

Here are some of my favourite mural projects.

Some murals took a single day to complete; others grew into projects that lasted for months. Some were volunteer projects, while others were commissioned by people and companies with very different backgrounds. But regardless of the scale, budget, or context, I put the same amount of myself into every piece. For me, a mural is never just something that fills an empty wall—it has the power to completely change how people experience a space.

Over the years, I’ve received countless messages and comments from people telling me what my work means to them. Those reactions have become one of the most rewarding parts of being a mural artist.

After creating a mural in an office, employees told me that they would sometimes look at it when a task felt overwhelming and think, “If she could create something this big and difficult, I can do this too.” Knowing that something I painted could give someone that little extra push was incredibly meaningful to me.

Parents have told me that their children learned to recognise and name animals from the ones I painted on their walls, and that the murals made their rooms feel like little fairytale worlds.

Other people have told me that coming home after a difficult day and looking at the mural helps them feel calmer and more relaxed.

And sometimes the feedback is much simpler—which I love just as much. People tell me how much they enjoy living in a hostel room, working in an office, or having a drink with friends surrounded by colourful, playful walls.

These projects have taught me that the real achievement isn't just creating thousands of square metres of artwork. It's creating something that becomes part of people's everyday lives—and sometimes changes how they feel, think, or experience the space around them.
